 The APC works in partnership with the Georgia Department of Family and Children Services (DFCS) to provide initial screenings for the public benefits DFCS offers.  We do not have direct access to DFCS' system, and therefore are unable to provide status reports or updates on cases that are open with DFCS (i.e. food stamps, Medicaid, TANF, CAPS, etc).  If your application has already been submitted to DFCS, please contact your caseworker, your county DFCS office, or call 1-800-869-1150.
