Affordable Housing
Your home is the single largest investment you will make in your life.
A home provides family stability and creates community, but buying your first home can be a very overwhelming and complicated process.
There are several organizations around Atlanta that are able to help you purchase an affordable home. They provide homebuyer education programs to help you through the process. Some organizations even provide downpayment assistance for qualified first-time homebuyers. These agencies will also educate you on predatory lending practices, so that you don’t wind up borrowing too much for your new home.
