Express Refund Loan and Savings Program

The APC realizes that some families need cash immediately, and cannot wait 7-10 days for their tax refund. As a result, we are offering a limited number of low-cost Express Refund Loans, which allows you to receive your 2009 federal refund as quickly as 1-2 business days.All loans are very low-interest and you will also receive a savings account with one of our financial institution partners.

To be eligible for an Express Refund Loan you must have current Georgia State ID and a Social Security Card, and you must not owe money to the Internal Revenue Service.
